Made to Measure Items & Alterations
If we have made an extra charge (with your prior agreement) for a made-to-measure item or for alterations, then please click on the Made-to-Measure or Alterations link below to make payment.
How to Pay:
1. Click on Made-to-Measure or Alterations link.
2. We have put a basic unit cost of £10 for made to measure items and a basic unit cost of £5 for alterations. Please enter a quantity of these units which makes up the total charge.
Extra Charge for Substitutions
If you have purchased a different item in an outfit to the one included in the given price, e.g. the long black fishtail skirt instead of the layered skirt, and there is an extra charge to pay, please click on the Extra Charge for Substitutions link here or on the appropriate image below to make payment.

Postage/Carriage Charges
If we have charged you an extra cost of postage/carriage for items we are sending you e.g. in exchange for returned items or for priority delivery, please click on the Postal Charges link here or on the appropriate image below to make payment.
