How to Order Online from the Website
1. Add each item you want to buy to the Shopping Basket, after selecting the appropriate size or entering your measurements in the drop-down boxes.
2. When you have completed your selection, go to the Shopping Basket (found at the top left-hand side of each page).
3. Check the items you have placed there. Edit, remove, continue shopping to add more items as necessary.
(Discounts - see below - will be applied automatically and will be seen in the total amount.)
4. When you are happy with your selection, click 'Submit and Continue'.
5. You will then be taken through a series of steps for your contact and payment details. (You may want to register an account at this stage, but you don't have to.)
6. Payment can be taken via Paypal either using your credit card details or your own Paypal account, if you have one. This means we never see your card details.
7. You will receive e-mails to acknowledge receipt of your order and your payment. We will also e-mail you to let you know when we have dispatched your order.
(Note: Placing an order does not indicate acceptance of your order until we have confirmed this. This is in case we have made a mistake in pricing, inadvertently under- or over-pricing items, or items are no longer available. We will always contact you if there is a problem.)

How to Order by Phone
If you prefer, we are happy to take your order and payment details over the phone and to answer any queries you may have. (We will destroy your card details securely after taking payment - we do not keep them on file).
Discounts
Discounts are given when you buy any 2 or more individual items (with the exception of bespoke tight-lacing corsets, bespoke-handmade footwear and sale items) and are automatically applied in the shopping basket for you:
1. Buy 2 individual items and you will receive a 10% discount. (postage free - UK)
2. Buy 3 or more individual items and you will receive a 15% discount. (postage - UK
3. Please visit our showroom/studio in the city centre of Manchester (Castlefield - postcode M3), and we can offer you discounts of 25% on selective items.
Additional Information
1. If you buy a displayed outfit and any additional full-priced products, all of these additional items will automatically be given a 15% discount (shown in the shopping basket).
2. Bespoke items (bespoke tight-lacing corsets, bespoke leatherwear and bespoke footwear) do not qualify for discount. However, any additional full-priced items will receive a discount which takes into account the bespoke item as one item. This means that if you buy 1 additional product, this additional product will automatically be given a 10% discount (since you have effectively bought 2 items, including the bespoke item). Similarly, 2 additional products will both have a 15% discount. (These discounts will be shown in the shopping basket.)
3. Sale items do not qualify for discount. In addition, these will not be counted for the purposes of discount when any additional full-priced items are purchased. This means that you will need to buy 2 full-priced items to receive a 10% discount, etc.
4. In the unlikely event that there has been an error in the amount of automatically-applied discount, as shown in the shopping cart (whether this results in an over- or under-charge to you), we will adjust the discount when we visually inspect your order. Any overcharge will be refunded and if there has been an undercharge we will contact you to check if you are happy still to proceed with your order.
