DISCOUNTS
We give you a discount when you buy any 2 or more individual items (with the exception of bespoke tight-lacing corsets, selected footwear and sale items) and this is automatically applied in the shopping basket for you:
1. Buy 2 individual items and you will receive a 10% discount.
2. Buy 3 individual items and you will receive a 15% discount.
3. Buy 4 individual items and you will receive a 20% discount.
4. Buy 5 or more individual items and you will receive a 25% discount.
Please note: Every displayed outfit has a 15-25% discount over the cost of the individual items making up that outfit, depending on the number of items in the outfit. (This has already been applied on the product page and so no discount is shown in the shopping basket.)
Additional Information
1. If you buy a displayed outfit and any additional full-priced products, all of these additional items will automatically be given the maximum discount applicable, (shown in the shopping basket).
2. Bespoke tight-lacing corsets do not qualify for discount. However, any additional full-priced items will receive a discount which takes into account the bespoke corset as one item. This means that if you buy 1 additional product, this will automatically be given a 10% discount (since you have effectively bought 2 items, including the corset). Similarly, 2 additional products will both have a 15% discount and 3 or more additional items will receive a 20% discount. (These discounts will be shown in the shopping basket.)
3. Sale items do not qualify for discount. In addition, these will not be counted for the purposes of discount when any additional full-priced items are purchased. This means that you will need to buy 2 full-priced items to receive a 10% discount, etc.
4. In the unlikely event that there has been an error in the amount of automatically-applied discount, as shown in the shopping cart (whether this results in an over- or under-charge to you), we will adjust the discount when we visually inspect your order. Any overcharge will be refunded and if there has been an undercharge we will contact you to check if you are happy still to proceed with your order.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
1. All items to the UK Mainland are sent free of charge by Royal Mail 1st class/Signed For.
2. A nominal charge is made for postage and shipping to all other areas. All items to the rest of the UK outside of the mainland are sent by Royal Mail 1st class and Signed For. All items to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by AirMail and International Signed For.
